I immigrated to New York City from Uzbekistan on July 2015. I brought a dish with me because that reminds me of country and my childhood. That is not simple dish. It is exotic. A factory did not make that dish; it was made by a potter. I bought it at “Registan Square,” a historical place, on May 2012. My favorite dish is very beautiful and small. It looks like a coffee dish. Inside is a picture drawn by hand. They used natural color. In the dish is drawn “Registan Square” with a mosque’s picture. The back of the dish is only red porcelain and the back has a magnet. I keep it in our apartment. I put it on the freezer door because it has magnet in back. When I open the freezer, I remember my country and my friends because we bought it together. When we bought it, we were going to our last school concert.
