This is a milk-based dish. It is made out of rice flour, milk, cinnamon, sugar, and raisins. This dish has been in my family for generations. What makes this dish relevant is the fact that when my cousin came to the U.S. this is one dish that was his absolute favorite. My mom always made this dish for him whenever he was feeling homesick. It always made him feel special. That is why it is important part of my family's history.
