The borscht is something that my family really like to eat and most of the Ukrainians and Russian people really like to eat it. In my experience this is one of the most delicious soups I’ve ever eaten and the most healthier than other soups, actually. My mom is very good at cooking it, and we always cook it in a high saucepan so it will be for us enough because there are 5 in my family.  This is one of the traditional foods in our family.  And it represents our culture and the way we are from, actually. It reminds me of Ukraine and Russia and my homeland, Crimea and my old kitchen.
