Uncle's Watch
My uncle died in 1996, and I was born in 2005, so I never got to meet him. And since I am named after him, it would seem appropriate to have something for me to remember him, even though I never got to see him. I now possess his watch, the watch he was wearing when he was killed. The watch was given to me by my father when I was 8 years old. I now keep the watch in a small wooden box on a shelf in my room for safe keeping. I never really use the watch, or even look at it, it doesn't even really get used in general. But I know that it is a good object to own to have my uncles presence with me.
