My grandparents every year would paint Ukrainian eggs. I suppose my grandparents like doing this because they have been doing this all their life and still do it now! My mother and I do not paint Ukrainian eggs but I’m sure if my mother and I were in Ukraine right now we would paint them. But we still talk about painting Ukrainian eggs. Ukrainian eggs are shown in the picture. They are a sing for spring. They are made out of wood so you can’t eat them. You paint them inside and you invite all your family members to help paint the eggs! It's a time for everybody to get together! Ukrainian eggs are a sign of spring. You paint them bright colors since spring is a time for regrowth. Ukrainian eggs are really colorful.As you can see here.
