The object I chose is an electric guitar. This object represents my story because playing guitar is one of my favorite hobbies. This object is important to me because my auntie gave it to me when we first got here. I kept on talking about buying my own electric guitar because I left my acoustic guitar in the Philippines. I also talked about how bad I wanted to join a band with me being the lead guitarist and they got it for me. In my family, giving gifts has always been a tradition, and this object reminds me of that. For example, when I was younger, my family would always find gifts to give everytime we had a family gathering or if we were visiting someone, and this object represents that experience. Whenever I use this object, I feel connected to my family because they’re the ones who give  it to me.
