My object is a book of a famous art gallery in Moscow called The Tretyakov Gallery. It includes tens of thousands of paintings, drawings and sculptures from Russia. It was created by Pavel Tretyakov (1832-1898), a wealthy Moscow merchant at the time. It teaches me the creative side of Russia. 
This book was my grandma’s, she got it for her wedding. My dad brought it with him when he migrated to America. It was in my family for a long time. 
The book teaches me a lot about my family's artistry. It makes me think and realize that our family has many forms of art in it. We have dance, art, and singing. 
I want to know more about how the book got created. Also, I want to learn about all the photos inside it! It would be interesting to learn about Tretyakov (the author of the book), too! 
This book is very interesting and very close to me. I have so many things to learn from this book and I won’t hesitate to learn them! Today I’m going to call my grandparents and ask them all the questions I have.
