When my mom went away to college, my grandma wanted to find a way to stay close to her. During every semester, my grandma mailed her a stuffed animal to remind her of home and to bring her joy in case school was hard. This duck was the first stuffed animal my gran sent and it is still my moms favorite, but she plans to send it away with me when I go to college this year. When I grow up and have kids, I’ll do the same for them so this quacking friend can be loved for generations.
