Rosary
This beautiful rosary represents the first time that I went to Mexico. Even though I am Mexican American, it reminds me of where my grandparents grew up. The first time we went to Mexico was in 2005 when I was a year old. When we went, we wanted to bring a memory to remind us that we have Mexican roots. It reminds me of my religion and the role it has in the Mexican culture. It reminds me to always pray for my family in Mexico and in California to make sure they are safe. Hopefully it could get passed through generations so my child and their kids can learn more of where we come from.
