Pierogis are a polish food which is quite important, as my great grandmother is Polish.  
It is made using flour, water, eggs, and salt.
Normally in a pierogi is mashed potatoes with onions or beef with onions. 
Pierogis can be made with anything else, but these are the most common things put in pierogis.
