This special picture cut out of Payette Lake in McCall Idaho is a very special thing to my family. This cut out symbolizes a place that my family goes to, only once a year. My Grandma owns a lake house on this lake, so every year my entire moms side of the family comes to this lake for 2 to 3 weeks just to hang out with each other. Me and the rest of my siblings get to see our cousins, aunts, and uncles that we haven't seen for a while and catch up with them. My mom gets to see her siblings, parents, nieces, and nephews that she hasn't seen for a year and catch up with them. This is special to my family because my family is the only family out of my mothers 6 siblings that live in New York. All the rest of my moms siblings live in Idaho and always get to see each other. While we are here we go swimming in the lake every single day. We also get ice cream from a place called ice cream alley. A few years back my uncle made a loft in the upstairs part of the lake house where the cousins usually sleep. We play games up there and have so much fun. These 2 to 3 weeks are very special to my family. It is always sad when we have to leave because after those 2 to 3 weeks we have gotten so close with our Idaho family that we don't want to leave them. But when I get back to New York, I know I belong here. But every year, I look forward to going to Payette Lake in McCall to see my Idaho family.
