My object is a recipe on how to make oven pork. Many Mexican people cook it on holidays. I chose this recipe because once in Mexico many people didn’t have enough money to make a good food for holidays like Christmas. Something they made was Posole (corn soup with meat). My great-great-grandmother had an amazing idea to make an oven pork. My mom’s grandmother was the first to make the recipe up. One day if I ever get to see her, I’ll ask her how that recipe came on her mind.
