This pot is used to make cheese with cow's milk. My great-grandparents were dedicated to making it and my uncles and grandparents of this time have followed the tradition for about 60 years now. Everything began well. The cheese or maseca as it is known, after separating it from the milk, it has to curdle. It is said like this since a dough is made and from there the cheese is made. This pot is the main one since it is the one that removes the inures when it is rising, it dries and makes the preparation so that the cheese is ready to be milled.
