This clock, currently hung in the dining room of my family home, was once the schoolroom clock of my great great grandmother. On the back of the clock it has pencil markings and carvings or school room numbers, and various names that the clock as belonged to, the biggest name being my great great grandmother's maiden name "Speers". This is especially important to me as I am the first one in the family since her who is following the profession of becoming a teacher.
