My object is Lahmacun-can you say (LAH-MA-JUNE) 

Lahmacun is made out of Flatbread,Meat,Spices,Cilantro.

Lahmacun is from Istanbul,Turkey it's everywhere in Turkey actually.

My Family makes it for Holidays like Christmas and Ramadan Sometimes we just buy it because my mom got her paycheck even though we're supposed to be saving money but I like to spend money.

Well in my Family we don't use it, we usually eat and make it.

Is it easy to make. Is there yeast in it because I know that yeast makes the dough rise but it doesn't rise. Is it only from Turkey?
