During my childhood, this Marble Pine Cone Tree appeared in the living room every year just before Christmas.  It's possible I made it with my mom but I don't remember doing so.  I do remember seeing it and liking how simple and sweet it is.  A few years ago my mom sent it to me so I could put it out in my home.  I love it because it makes me think of her and how fun the days before Christmas were during my childhood.  All the anticipation!  And the coziness. It doesn't smell of pine but it makes me think of that wonderful scent.
