I chose this picture because I loved this blanket when I was younger. Growing up when I did and having 3 older brothers helped influence who I am today. One of my brothers really loved Star Wars so I knew about it and watched it a lot when I was younger. During that time, my parents got me this Star Wars blanket and it was amazing. A color I loved was red growing up and this blanket felt so good! I used to walk around the house, sit everywhere, watch movies, and even sleep with this blanket! I loved how soft and comfortable it was. I went through a wave of emotions in this blanket and it provided that one comfort that a lot of people need. It’s always the little things that help people and influence them. Now that I think about it, I want to be like this blanket, helpful to others at all times, especially in times of need. I want to be able to provide comfort and be there for my friends and family. It may seem simple or plain, but this blanket meant a lot to me growing up.
