When this project was first introduced I had no idea what I would write about. My family did not have much items that we cherished. To me, we were just a regular family with regular values. Then you Mr. Martinez gave me the idea of laughter. At first, I looked at the idea and thought “I don’t cherish that, my family is always gonna have that”. As I thought about it more though, I realized my family wouldn’t be how we are without it. Laughter is my family’s mascot, our muse. Though we don’t acknowledge it, it definitely is. We are just a bunch of goofballs who take nothing seriously, but that is the best thing about us. We are all smiles. Even when we fight or disagree, there is always a joke. Without laughter, there would be no happiness. It’s what keeps us all together. That is why I chose laughter. It revolves around my entire family and I’m glad it may never fade.
