KEPAH
 My object is a KEPAH. It’s from Russia and it’s used for wearing on your head. Only boys wear the Kepah. The Kepah is made from cotton.It represents the idea that God is above you and always watching over you. I chose my Kepah because it’s the most religious object to my family. It teaches the people around me that I am Jewish. Jewish people wear the Kepahs during wedding celebrations, holidays, or for some, every day. They come in a variety of colors and sizes.  The Kepah is important to my family, my culture and my religion.
