John’s Your story, Our story
This is a picture of a swat meet where I learned lessons of life and shaped me to the person I am today. This swat meet is where my family first started making somewhat of an income selling clothes, cleaning products, waters, etc. I would go every Saturday and hopefully continue to go after the world's current situations. This taught me many valuable lessons at a young age on how we live in a cruel world and nobody cares about the situation you live in. This also taught me you must always work hard no matter what's affecting you physically, mentally, or morally. I also made many friendships and memories from selling at this swat meet. I did not understand why my Mom would take me because I believe no kid wants to spend there Saturday selling or working in general. They rather spend there Saturday relaxing or doing some activity that is fun to them. But I respect my mom for putting me through this because it taught me valuable lessons and perspectives, I will use throughout my life. I pay homage to those memories for making me the person I am today.
