My mother gave me a cookbook because my family very like cooking.  My grandmother, my mother, my sister, my brother open a restaurant in my country.  My mother gave me the Essential Cookbook, My Asian Kitchen.  The countries of Asia are spread over half the globe.  New York take plane to go to my country 24 hours.  The various Asian cuisines have many things in common.  Spices and herbs are used extensively. Rice is a staple, and many ingredients such as noodles, soy sauce and tofu, stir frying, deep frying and steaming are techniques used in most Asian countries and there is one utensil the wok, that is found in various forms and with different names.
