Back when my grandparents were my age, they didn't have much money and had to do a lot of work around the house, preparing food, cleaning, taking care of family members. Because of this, my granma was given this metal spoon, which she used when she cooked for the entire family. She's kept this spoon with her even through today. Despite her success now, she still has the same spoon, and it stands for a symbol for where she came from. All of her grandchildren, including me, have used this spoon while cooking for the rest of the family. Despite everything that we've been through as a family, and how far we've come, we manage to stay together.
