Indian tacos are the food of my people, Native Americans. I love how delicious it is and you can’t find it in any restaurant. Everytime we make it, we set out something called a spirit plate. We set out a spirit plate for any big feasts too, like Thanksgiving, and we do this to honor and appreciate our ancestors. We set a spirit plate outside for the spirits to eat. No one eats until the person who set out the spirit plate comes back, then we feast. I feel happy whenever my grandma makes Indian tacos. Indian tacos are so good, i wish you could try it too.
