This is rice and peas with oxtail on the left and it is traditional in the family. Also me and my mom made this together and came out delicious, and surprisingly didn’t burn. This is a traditional meal mostly for Christmas but, we aren’t having Christmas, because of the pandemic this year (2020). We just had it on a regular day but we don’t always have to cook it in Christmas. Goes on from generation that I don’t know about but it is very nice that I got to learn it from my grandma and from my mom, that also make delicious food for me and my siblings. Fun fact this is my favorite food, but is very expensive so we only make it 3 to 2 times a year. I hope you enjoyed my little story about my favorite food and facts about it.
