Pocket Watch In Its Case

The object I chose was a golden pocket watch that used to belong to my great-great-grandfather. If you look closely at the picture of the back of the pocket watch, you can see my great-great-grandfather's initials. My great-great-grandfather's name was Avery Brink Wight and he was from the early 1900s. He worked as a bank examiner and sheriff. He served as a soldier in World War One and in the Spanish-American War. The pocket watch was passed down from Avery Brink Wight to my great-grandfather, who passed it down to my grandfather, who passed it down to my uncle, who currently possesses it. The pocket watch that used to belong to my great-great-grandfather has been in my family for about a century and is very important to my family.
