My story is about my family's Fourth of July crab boil that we do every year. Fourth of July is my Grandpa's birthday too so that makes it even more fun and important. The way that the day always starts is by waking up and eating a small breakfast. After that we hangout, go fishing, swimming at the lake and boating.Most of the time the weather is nice and sunny so that makes it more joyful. Then at around eleven we have brunch. Which is really tasty and usually consists of some type of egg bake. After that we do more swimming and do stuff on the lake, like boating, tubing, fishing and we also play yard games. After that around 4 or 5 we start the crab. This just means setting up the pot filled with water and put some crab from the cooler into it. My uncle is the one who cooks the crab. While this is happening my grandpa is cooking steaks. You know he's started the steak when you can smell sear forming. And inside my grandma and aunts are cooking cheesy potatoes and other sides. This is why our Fourth of July crab boil is special to me.
