My great grandmother name to Mary Gerson, was born in Lithuania and didn’t have a formal schooling. She had to sit outside and all boys school and try her best to learn as many subjects as she could. Her family could only afford one ticket to New York and they gave it to Mary. She went to New York and got a formal education. She was a very quick learner and she went on to become a very successful person. So now my grandmother, Mom and me have a formal education. I love math, writing, reading, and social studies. Even though science isn’t my favorite subject I like school and I hope to be a successful as Mary was someday!
