My great great grandfather became a carpenter after high school. He had built this desk and a coat rack during high school. He then became a farmer. He had passed it down to my great grandmother. And she has kept it for years. And she will then pass it to my grand mother and so on. His name was Jack Richard Hartness. He passed away about 30 years ago as a proud man.
