When I came to New York from Fu Zhou in 2012, I know nothing about English, I can't speak, listen, and read. It is tough in Junior High School. So my mother bought me a Oxford Advanced Learner's English-Chinese Dictionary. It is the most detailed dictionary I have ever seen, it has pictures with some words like: cars, foods, tools, and animals. It help me to understand and define some words that I don't know. Now I don't use it anymore because I got improved with my reading, speaking, and listening skill, but I will remember the hard time that I been through.
