These are irish Clatta earrings.They are a sign of friendship,loyalty and love.These are very important to my family because it was a gift to my mom on her 13th birthday by her aunt and my great aunt Carol.My mom gave me these earrings when I was very young and told me the story on how they were very important and how many memories they brought to my mom and her family.We now keep them in my moms jewlery box inside of a tiny clear bag.My grandma was born in Ireland and moved to america when she was 3.So she is always trying to get our family into irish traditions.I plan to keep the tradition going and pass it down our family so multiple generations can experience memories and expand our Irish heritage.
