My family is spiritual. When something big and important happens we pray to god asking if it is the right thing to do, and if it will benefit us. We pray to communicate to god; to ask him for help and advice with his wisdom. My grandmother is a very spiritual woman. She constantly prays for me, my mother, my sister, and my family. She prays that we are safe, healthy, and that we have a guardian angel to watch over us and protect us. She grew up like that. My grandmother grew up in a big family, and she was the youngest. She grew up with the belief of God. She believes if something was meant to be then God would let it happen.When I was young, I lived in the projects with my grandma, my mom, my sister, and occasionally my uncle and 3 cousins. My grandmother hung crosses everywhere to remind us that God is always there, and he will always be there, even if we can’t see him.
