My object is a Bluejackets manual from 1940. It is navy blue and in yellow it says: The Bluejackets Manual 1940. Also, it's pretty thick. It has 754 pages. It was given to me by my grandma on my 10th birthday. The item was my great grandfather's  when he fought in WWII. He worked on the aircraft carrier called The Hornet. This is important to me because it reminds me to be brave.
