This object is highly significant to me because it gives me the opportunity to express myself through my movements.I could be having a rough day and take my anger out in practice and push myself more and more.  Basketball has shaped my identity because it gives me a Sense of confidence while performing anything. Basketball continues to shape my identity because it pushes me to never give up.  This object brings out all of my emotions: sad, happy, relaxed, etc.This happens because of how frustrated I get when I can't do a move, or how happy I get when we are able to win and work as a team. 
If this object could tell a story, it would say “ I'm the anger in some kids, but I could be the success of somebody else's life.” One thing that  people need to know about my object would be that even though it doesn't seem like basketball helps you it really does help. Throughout the story will have to be to trust in what you do, even when it lets you down. This story mirrors a Misty Copeland book I read because even when Misty was discouraged from ballet, she didn't and she took the problems with ballet, and she became a very successful famous ballet dancer for black/colored girls all over the world.
