The object that I chose is my Wilson NCAA basketball. I chose this object because to me it represents a hobby that I love and something that has helped me through life. Basketball has been something that helped me a lot with things in my life like school because it gives me an incentive to do better even when I'm feeling discouraged. My mom got me this basketball for Christmas in 2023 and I can't describe how excited I was to go outside and use it. I had to wait until the weather got better outside to really get a chance to use it but when it did get better I was always outside playing basketball. When I play basketball I feel free and I feel like nothing can hold me down. I want to play basketball in college and possibly play at another level. I started playing basketball freshman year of high school. I started playing on the JV team but then for my sophomore year I got moved up to varsity and now I'm in my 3rd year playing and have learned so much from my coaches and teammates.
