In 2012 my family and I moved to U.S.A. But before we came to this country our neighbor who is a English teacher back in my country  gave me something as a reminder of my country, so I never forget where I came from, which is connected to my family's and my arrival to America. Since I was only in 4th grade when I came here I didn't know much about the history of my country. So my neighbor who was also the one who thought me a little about how to read and understand English gave me something very useful, a book about the history of my country Uzbekistan which was written in English. Back then I didn’t use to speak or understand English the way I do now, which is why my teacher/neighbor told me to read it when I learn better English and I promised her that I would read it but never got the chance to. So now because I almost fully speak and understand English I should keep my promise and read that book, so I could learn the history of my country. As you can see this book is very much connected to my family's and my arrival to America .
