2005 Toyota Sequoia
In my life, one of the objects that reminds of my family and where we came from is our Toyota Sequoia. First off, my family values hard work and have valued it since they lived in Nayarit, Mexico, but we know that you can only get so far by one’s self. My family also values unity because like Abraham Lincoln once said: “United we live, divided we fall.” This car has been ours for as long as I can remember. It has driven me to my first day of school and it is still driving me to school today. The Toyota is significant to my family because it is the car that we use to drive to other places like Mexico and Oregon. It is ok this trips that our family is together. With us being together in that car, it reminds me that no matter what challenges confront us, we face them head on as a family. I also see the car as an anchor for the family, for example if the family seems to be apart, in that Toyota we all come together. To conclude, this gray Toyota has been very significant in my life because it keeps my family united.
