Zong zi is a traditional Chinese rice dish that is made of rice wrapped around meat, red bean paste, and other things. This entire food is also wrapped in bamboo leaves for storage. This is very important to me because it represents my Chinese culture and reminds me of it. My grandma makes these during Chinese holidays that require it, like the mid-autumn festival. I started eating this dish when I was little during those holidays, and it brings me thoughts of warmth and joy. I will continue to enjoy this delicious food for the rest of my life.
