This car is very special to me because in the 7th grade my dad and my grandfather made it together for a Boy Scout pinewood Derby race. They competed in the race, and they won. This was very important moment to my dad and my grandfather because they both built it together, and felt it was good bonding experience. My dad then gave me the car when I was born and I have had it ever since. My grandfather is not alive anymore, but every time I look at the car on my desk it reminds me of him. Someday I will give this to my kids and the car will forever be part of our family.
