The people who are important for my artifact are my mom and my dad and my 3 sisters and brother. This artifact is important for me because it represents how my life was when I was 7 years old. This picture was taken when I was in Kindergarten. I was in the United States. Then one month later my mom and dad took me to El Salvador. 

The picture represents for me my whole childhood. It’s important for me, because, when I was little I never wanted to go to El Salvador. I was angry with my mom and my dad, because when they took me to El Salvador they told me that we were going to be there only for two months. They lied to me. I was so angry with my mom and my dad, because they took me to a place that I didn't know or like. I know that it doesn't matter. I was born in another state but my parents are from another state, and I did not like to be in El Salvador. 

Finally I understand that my mom and my dad took me there because I had my sister and brother there in El Salvador. My mom said that they wanted to be with them. They had a long time to not see them. After 11 years, I came back to the United States with my grandfather. I’m glad with him because decided to take me back.
