Virgin Mary Necklace
This is a Virgin Mary necklace from straight out the islands of DR. Right by beside the coast of LA Romana, Dominican Republic, It was my mother's grandfather's necklace which was passed down to me. It was passed down to me because of his tragic passing at August 21st 2015. We had a very rough time with grief after his death and affected us up to the point of my mother losing interest in music entirely because each song that used to be her favorite got cut off and never listen to again. For instance, for me whenever I try to listen to my music she always have a face to disgust making me feel like I was the cause of my grandfather's death. She promise and call all her family that she was holding 1 year of grief for my grandfather. Which basically meant that she won't dance to any type of music until the full year of grief is done. This necklace is important because it tells you to stay strong and be focus and remove all the negativity, and keeps me protected.
