Vietnamese Spring Rolls
In the picture shown, these are called Vietnamese Spring Rolls. This is a traditional food in the Vietnamese Culture and are very tasty to eat. It's something significant because many people of different diversities like to eat Spring Rolls. But this is important to me because when I was a kid, my grandmother would make these for me all the time after she would pick me up from school. You would wrap a lot of different ingredients in rice paper to create a spring roll and you could dip the spring roll in peanut sauce or a fish sauce. But no matter how you make it, it will always taste delicious because it's traditional and passed on from many generations. There is no family recipe on how to make Spring Rolls and you can make it however you prefer to make it. This is my story and how this traditional food is important to my culture and can be shared among many people and diversities.
