The fire hose nozzle used to extinguish the fire aboard the USS Miami Submarine

This fire hose nozzle was used to extinguish the fire aboard the USS Miami at the Portsmouth Shipyard. This event occurred during the month of November, 2014. This artifact is special to my family because my step-dad Zachary Apgar was there fighting the fire. He is a York Village Fire Department firefighter & also works in Old Orchard Beach as a firefighter as well. This historical artifact was given to him as a thanks for risking his life, and helping to put out the fire aboard the USS Miami. Once it was just a fire hose nozzle, now it represents that historical event.
