I watched Vu Tran. His item was a shalom. My item was Turkish gold which is extremely special and important to me. This represents a Turkish tradition of giving gold to new born children or giving them during a baby shower. Although I am not Muslim, I still really like following the tradition of it. One of my favorite parts of the gold is the design of it. I also love how my sister and I both have matching ones other than the color.
