My object is made out of wood and was used in the mid 1900s to stow train tickets. It came from my Great Grandfather, he used to work at the train station and after it closed the train station gave it to him. There was no place in his house for it so he gave it to my parents. My parents told me about it, because even when I was a little kid it was always this interesting piece. This object represents my blood lines deep ties with trains.
