When my father was 13 he came to the United States in search for a better life and opportunity. When he arrived in the United States he was stunned by all the people he saw working. Months went by and he missed his parents but he stood strong his brother took care of him also and he worked 3 jobs to put food on the table. A year later my father started working and he knew life is hard. After about a year he moved to Pennsylvania for 4 years he worked 2 jobs and went to high school and he was top of his class. After 4 years he moved back to New York and started working and realized he won’t get anywhere. He opened several businesses and now he owns and runs a successful messenger business. My father’s parents came to the United States in 1980 to be with their children. My father and uncle own and manage their own business together and my aunt married an eye doctor and she's very successful as well. American isn't American without people from all different cultures and races and countries it’s what makes America great and strong.
