During high school, I never got in trouble except for the one time. 
I finished my work before everyone else so I went to detention because 
the teacher thought I wasn't doing anything in class.

The funniest thing is that when I arrived even the administrator who 
watched  over the students in detention looked surprised because 
they would never have waited for me there. I was a new student. I didn't know any English. I was just going with the flow. 

They ended up telling me to come back to my class 30 minutes later.
