My meaningful object is the Quran, the holy islamic book. The Quran is meaningful to me because the Quran is the words of God that is talking directly to humanity in Arabic. The Quran has helped me a lot, even throughout my family, we all read the Quran and it is also a way to become closer to God. The experience I had with the Quran is that I watched a video telling me what the day of judgement ( the end of time) will be like and watching the video made me realise I need to focus more on religion. After that video i watched i often compared myself to other muslims and thought that they were a better muslim. So slowly and slowly I continue to read the Quran as often as possible and just be a better muslim without needing to compare myself to other muslims.        The Quran acts as a rulebook and guides humans to be kind, honest, fair and to be charitable. It reminds people about the day of judgement and life after death whether your fate is good or bad, telling people to do good deeds. Reading the Quran has helped me be a better person and muslim overall. The Quran has . made me be more connected to God and my religion. It connects to my family throughout generations for reciting and reading. The Quran I have was given to me by my dad when I was just  with a  dark green cover written with golden Arabic letters. My dad also helps me with reading the Quran. We read it together, mostly every week we do. When I am sad or lost hope it's a way to cope with my emotions and calm me down. Which is why it's very important to my identity.
