My object is the Quran. It’s a holy book most Muslims read. The Quran has 604 pages and 6,236 verses. I got my first Quran from Bangladesh. Everything in the Quran is written in Arabic letters. But if someone prefers to read it in English there is an English version. When we read the Quran we get thousands of rewards so when we die we are in a better place and have everything we ever wanted. The Quran also has 114 surahs and surah baqarah is the largest surah in the Quran. When I read it I wondered why it was taking me longer to finish this surah compared to the others. My Quran is a white Quran with a circle in the middle that says “Quran” in gold.      I chose the Quran because it’s really important to me and my family. We read it and get lots of good deeds. If we pray everyday or read the Quran we will go to heaven (InshaAllah). The Quran is connected to my mom because my mother and I immigrated to the U.S with the Quran.     Something I really enjoyed about this project is talking with my mom and learning some new things about the object I did not know before. This project was actually not that bad as well! I loved learning about something that was really important to me.
