The first thing I did when I new about this project was that i started to look around my house. I found something that my family uses when we eat. It's called a tenate. We put it in the middle of the table and tortillas go in the tenate. We also cover it with a type of napkin. The tenate is from Mexico. 
 You might be wondering why i chose this object. The reason why i chose this object was because in Mexico almost every family's use a tenate when they eat. In special occasions like in parties you would see a tenate in the table with tortillas. You don't necessarily have to use it in special occasions you could  use it everyday if you make tortillas.   The tenate is handmade. People also make it and then sell it.  In conclusion the  tenate is made for tortillas and you put it in the middle of the table. You also could use it anyway you want.
