suitcase
This photo was taken at the exit of John F. Kennedy International Airport, it is my brother and I's suitcases. My brother and I didn't get our visas together with my mother's visa, my parents left the country first, leaving me and my brother in China with my grandma. During those few months, my grandma often took me and my brother out for a stroll, to see if there were any things we could bring. Grandma also asked someone to write a safety talisman. She carefully taped it to the suitcase and said, “Stick this on, things won't get lost, and people will be safe.” On the day of parting, several suitcases were packed to the brim. The things in these suitcases are not simple items, but the care and love of our family for us.
